1. Scope and responsibilities
This Policy applies to codinghands.in and our SaaS products Opticue, OrderReady, and PixelPlay, including related applications and support interactions. Coding Hands Infotech LLP operates these services. The information processed depends on the product, features, and integrations you use. Where an organization determines how its operational data is used, we may process that data on its behalf; requests about that data may need to be directed to the organization first.
2. Information we collect
We may receive account and business information such as names, email addresses, organization details, user roles, billing contacts, and subscription records. We process data you or your organization submit to the relevant product: for example, connected feedback and email-derived tickets in Opticue, order notification information in OrderReady, and uploaded signage content and screen configuration in PixelPlay, where those features are used.
Technical information may include IP addresses, browser and device information, login activity, usage records, diagnostic logs, and security events. We receive information directly from you, from your organization, through authorized integrations, from public review sources where connected, and through support and payment providers.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and administer the Services, authenticate users, operate selected product features and integrations, deliver support, process billing, send service-related communications, troubleshoot issues, improve performance, prevent fraud, secure the Services, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the context and applicable law, processing is based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or consent where required.
Where you use AI-assisted features, relevant submitted content may be processed for functions such as classification, summarization, sentiment analysis, and workflow assistance. Product-specific disclosures and agreements apply to such processing.
4. Payment information
Payment processors such as Stripe handle payment information to process purchases and subscriptions. We generally do not store raw full payment card details. We may receive transaction references, payment status, billing details, and subscription information needed for account administration, refunds, accounting, and support. The processor’s privacy terms also apply to its handling of information.
7. International processing and security
Hosting, integrations, analytics, support, and other providers may process information in India or other countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards apply to international transfers. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including access restrictions and authentication controls. No internet service or storage method is completely secure. Security incidents are handled and notified as required by applicable law.
8. Retention
Information is retained as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, manage accounts and billing, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and support security and recovery. Retention varies by data type and product. Account closure does not necessarily remove records required for those purposes, and backup copies may remain for their operational lifecycle.
9. Your requests and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent. Send requests to [email protected] with the relevant product and account email. We may need to verify your identity or refer requests concerning organization-controlled data to that organization. Some information must be retained to meet legal obligations or other applicable exceptions.
10. Children and sensitive information
Our Services are intended for business and organizational use, not for children. Do not submit sensitive or regulated personal information unless the relevant product and your agreement expressly support that use and you have the required authority.

We may update this Policy and show the revision date on this page. Product-specific notices and data-processing agreements may provide additional detail about particular features or processing activities.
